Three Months After #EnsureAStronger2018

Remember my post in January where I took a pledge to #EnsureAStronger2018. It involved continuing my fitness journey by taking more care of my nutrition and also incorporating Yoga in my life.

Despite having a meniscus tear, which many of you are aware of, that has thrown my workout plans out of gear in the last month, I am happy to report that I am feeling much better in terms of my health and my mood. My energy levels have improved and I feel stronger and active even at the end of the day.

Along with a healthy diet and exercise I started taking Ensure and have been taking it regularly for the past 90 days. Incorporating the supplement has helped me maintain my energy levels and boost my immunity. I feel stronger and as a result I am extremely positive throughout the day. I am also very happy to report that with the weather holding up and giving us plentiful showers in summer, I am still keeping respiratory allergies at bay. My regular Yoga, especially Pranayam is helping me to ensure a stronger me. I have also been very regular with brisk walks/strength training.

  1. I am glad that things are going well for you, Rachna. I have been dealing with knee issues as well. I have been procrastinating going to the doctor but I will now, because clearly waiting it out is not working for me. That being said, you inspire me to keep going despite challenges and hurdles, and I can’t thank you enough for that. 🙂

    1. Thanks Shantala. Feeling better on the knee front though it’s not completely healed but I am very happy with the progress. Do go to a doc. No harm in taking an opinion and take care.

  2. Good that it’s doing well for you. I’m having back aches for a couple of weeks now and I have been putting off visiting the doctor. I don’t know why I’m so incorrigible. Not getting any younger so I need to take care of myself.

  3. Nice to know that this has helped you get more healthier than you already were, Rachna. We women need to take care of ourselves better and you do inspire many women like me to do that. After having a burnout last year, I realized how important it was for me to take care of myself and I have followed a good diet and exercise since then. Although I haven’t taken any additional supplements until now, I might want to give this a try.

    1. I am so proud of you, Soumya. You are doing so well fitness wise and also taking good care of your mental health. Way to go! Yes I believe supplements are really helping me now. Strangely despite eating healthy, deficiencies creep in.
