Chocolate walnut pedas are delectable and ready to eat.
Adjust the quantity of sugar as per your taste. I prefer medium sweetness.
Use unsweetened good quality khoya and cocoa.
You can use other nuts if you like though chocolate and walnut is a classic combination.
You can expedite cooling of the khoya mixture by putting it in the fridge. Else it takes a good half an hour to cool adequately.
Do not cook cocoa for long or it will get bitter. Hence it was added at the end and hardly on the fire for about a minute.
