Watermelon and mint are both cooling especially perfect for scorching summer. I love to eat watermelon, and it is a favourite fruit of the younger son who loves to have it even in winter. J This watermelon mint lemonade is super delicious and very easy to put together. You can make your own cocktail with this watermelon lemonade by adding a shot of vodka or gin. I mean, why not? 🙂

Notes

This recipe needs no cooking. You can also make the purees in advance and assemble them to serve in case you are serving this at a party.
You can make a delicious slush by freezing watermelon pieces and then blending it. Then you don’t need to add ice cubes.
You can also make watermelon mint popsicles by freezing this drink. It is another delicious form in which to consume it.

My son would love this. I’m not a very fruit person (I know!) but he loves fruits and this seems to be a great way to beat the heat,
